Vesta Dating standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation

Vesta Dating is an adult dating service. People under 18 are not permitted to create an account, access the dating service, appear in profiles, or use Vesta to communicate with members.

If we identify an account operated by or depicting a minor, we may restrict it immediately while the matter is reviewed.

Vesta Dating prohibits any content or behaviour that facilitates, depicts, promotes, requests, or enables the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

Users can report concerns without leaving the Vesta app. From an introduction, match, or conversation, open Safety actions, choose Report for review, select the closest category—such as Explicit content, Unsafe behavior, or Other—add relevant details, and submit the report.

For a concern that cannot be attached to a Vesta member or conversation, email [email protected]. Do not email or forward suspected CSAM. Describe where it appeared so our safety contact can respond without creating additional copies.

Vesta reviews reported content and accounts and takes action appropriate to the risk and available evidence. Offending content is removed, access may be restricted during review, and accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated.

We may preserve information needed for a safety investigation or legal obligation, limit contact between members, and cooperate with lawful requests from relevant authorities.

When Vesta confirms child sexual abuse material, we remove or disable access to it and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the applicable regional or national authority, as required by law.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. The in-app report and Vesta contact channels are not substitutes for emergency assistance.
